Material Design for Contact Form 7 is a free WordPress plugin that makes your regular contact forms more stylish and interactive. You do NOT need a Material Design theme to use this plugin, the styles and interactions work well with any theme.
Take a look around. Play with some forms, look through the demos, read some of our articles, then go ahead and install the plugin. It’s free, and you can install it the same way you install any plugin – just search for “Material Design for Contact Form 7” from your “Plugins” > “Add New” screen in WordPress.
There is also a premium version of the plugin that offers some extra functionality, but we recommend starting with the free version to see if it satisfies your needs.
