What is Microsoft Visual Studio 2022?

The first preview of Visual Studio 2022 focused on testing functionality in 64 bits, and the latest Preview 2 focused on improving the fundamentals of debugging. This includes the improved Live Preview, Hot Reload, and Force Run.
