Introducing Appointly - Perfex CRM Appointments
Appointly is a module that comes with Perfex CRM, which allows you to make appointments for your CRM and schedule appointments using external forms from multiple websites. You can also manage appointments effortlessly. The module is built for speedy appointments, making it easier to communicate with your contacts. In addition, you can add staff members in attendance, subject description dates and times, and many more features.
Appointly can be linked to Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Each user can log in to their own Google or Outlook calendar and manage appointments on both calendars, creating updates, deleting, and creating.
Appointly offers users to add request appointment form to any of your websites, and clients can directly ask for an appointment. Appointments can be created with a specific start time and location with the option to include Internal, External Contact, or Lead and staff as attendees. Appointly is flexible, with a simple, attractive design, and user-friendly. The module offers options such as External Form could be embedded (added) to any site Internal Lead, External Contact Notifications via SMS and Email including Name email, location Approve Appointment appointment (Reason) Confirm as Finished, and several more features to be added shortly.
Appointly offers an additional option: Callbacks, which is the latest feature in Appointly, which allows external clients and internal users to request a callback from your business since most clients are not within the same country we do business in. The program also supports periodic appointments.
Callbacks are managed by the admins or the person responsible for assigning callbacks. The assignee can be assigned to oversee calls individually and take notes. This feature can be activated or disallowed according to your requirements. Custom Fields Email Tracking as well as Feedback are available to schedule appointments starting beginning with version 1.1.4 which also supports live notifications as well as an email template.
